Advertising/Marketing Co-Chair: Carin Komer Contact Promotes the festival through creative campaigns, social media, and community outreach to spread the word far and wide. This team ensures the festival’s events and traditions are shared with audiences near and far, keeping the community informed and excited.
All Heroes Day Chair: Shyla Malloy Co-Chair: Alicia Breshears Honors local heroes, including veterans, first responders, and community leaders, with special recognition and events. They work to create heartfelt moments of appreciation that highlight the importance of service and community.
Coronation Chair: Bobbi Birch Co-Chair: Justine Birch Plans and hosts the crowning of the Strawberry Festival Queen and Court, a long-standing festival tradition. This committee organizes the pageantry, speeches, and celebration, making it a memorable event for participants and attendees.
Entertainment Chair: Jenni Grove Co-Chair: Betty Schmidt Books and coordinates live music, performances, and shows to keep the festival lively and engaging. From securing top-tier talent to managing performance schedules, this team ensures there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Family Land Chair: Darcie Vanderyacht Organizes kid-friendly entertainment and attractions to ensure a fun, safe space for families to enjoy. They plan everything, creating lasting memories for children and parents alike.
Grand Parade Chair: Cindy Kerby (interim) Contact Orchestrates the festival's centerpiece parade with floats, performers, and community groups. This committee handles logistics, themes, and entries, ensuring the parade is a spectacular showcase of community pride.
Historian/Former Court Chair: Victoria Dobrkovsky Co-Chair: Ginger Peterson Preserves and shares the festival’s rich history, connecting past court members with current celebrations. They maintain archives and ensure the festival’s legacy is passed down to future generations.
Junior Parade Chair: Contact Oversees our fun, shorter parade featuring children, decorated bikes, wagons, and creative costumes. The committee makes sure young participants have a fun and safe way to shine in their own special event.
Junior Court Chair: Tayah Storkson Co-Chair: Daisjah Drestenbach Supports the younger members of the court and their participation in festival events. They mentor the junior representatives, teaching them about leadership and community involvement.
